The OC Launch Pad is Orange County’s newest Wellness Center

The OC Launch Pad will address every aspect of your health journey.  Our physical therapists from Kinetic Chain Physical Therapy will assess your posture, strength and neuro-motor control all of which can contribute to faulty bio-mechanics, substitution problems and subsequent pain.

If you require further intervention for sport-specific training or just want to continue to improve your overall physical health, The Missing Link team will design a dynamic and progressive exercise program for you.  If golf is your thing… we have a full team to assess your swing mechanics, bio-mechanics, strength and flexibility.  We utilize a state-of-the-art golf simulator to provide feedback and visual re-training. Our team utilizes functional medicine and PEMF technology to ensure that you are healthy on the inside.

Why The Kinetic Chain Theory Works

We believe and follow a unique philosophy that utilizes a bio-mechanical model to analyze the movement of the body. Rather than isolating a specific body part, our approach rehabilitates the entire skeletal and neuro-muscular systems. We view the body as a linked system of interdependent segments; acknowledging that each segment is capable of producing dysfunction or wellness in the associated segments.

Jiri Peremsky

Certified Rolfer

ROLFING is a targeted form of massage that lengthens and stretches chronic shortness of fascia that pulls your body out of good alignment. The goal is to improve your UPRIGHTNESS and JOINT CENTRATION. Joint centration is the ideal balance of muscles on both sides of the joint. IF one side of the joint is tighter, it will pull the joint out of ideal alignment causing more wear and tear, and more pain. New clients to Rolfing® often begin with a series of Ten, 60-minute sessions designed as a comprehensive approach to integrating your whole body.
